Last week I had my first visit and I would highly recommend this salon. I did one of the procedures through the Medspa services and was very pleased with the staff and overall results. The Specialist made me feel very at ease and comfortable. The salon is gorgeous and offers many services. I will be definitely be going back.

Yesterday, I had the "Vino Therapy Escape". It was unbelievable! My body glowed when I finished the treatment.Sara did the body scrub and she was respectful through out the entire experience. It was so relaxing but even better it seemed to go on forever. But if that wasn't enough, I then moved on to Sonny for the pedicure. She does a wonderful job applying polish perfectly and the foot and leg massage that she gives is amazing. In my opinion, she gives the best pedicures that I have ever had and this includes spas like the Norwich Spa! Finally, when I could barely move and wondered if I could stand much more pampering, I went on to have a wonderful shellac manicure with a great hand massage. It was a wonderful relaxing afternoon with great results! I left the spa feeling renewed in my spirit, as well as my body. I am off to Atlanta this weekend.I look and feel polished and serene. I have been going to this spa for 15 years. The entire staff is positive and helpful. There is no negativity or gossip. The setting and music create a relaxing experience. I go here for all my mani/pedis and have recently begun to get the nail lacquer and love it! Over the years, I have had my facials here - Sue is especially knowledgeable and helpful. My daughter is getting married next week and I am bringing her wedding party in for a relaxing experience from Tips to Toes! JoAnne
