  Gift Card Policy

  No Expiration
  In accordance with state law, our gift cards do not expire.

  Service Price Adjustments
  Gift cards purchased for a specific service will be honored at the original service price for one (1) year from the date of purchase — even if the price increases during that time.

  After one year from the purchase date, if the service price has increased, the gift card holder will be responsible for paying the difference at the time of redemption.

  General Terms
  Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards may not be used to purchase additional gift cards.

  Spa Week gift cards are welcome at From Tips to Toes! Please note:
  • Up to $100 may be redeemed per guest
  • One-time use only (one Spa Week gift card per guest)
  • Any remaining balance will be provided as a From Tips to Toes gift card for future use.

• From Tips To Toes & More does not accept  SpaFinder, Spa Wish & Way Spa .

• In addition to cash and debit card, we accept personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, & Discover.
• Please be aware that gratuities may not be added to the credit card payment.

• Drink plenty of water before and after your spa appointment
• Check in begins 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for changing
  Luxurious robes, sandals, and towels are available
• Please arrive on time as services can only be provided during the time allotted for your scheduled appointment
• Leave valuable items at home. Although we provide secured lockers for your personal belongings, the Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
• Our Safety Policy prohibits children from entering the Spa area
• Please advise your Technician of any medical conditions
